Ulyana Ravedovskaya
Ulyana Ravedovskaya is a director of the School of Education and head of the R&D Center for AI-Based Educational Solutions, University of Tyumen.
Ulyana holds international WNE and ATD awards (Rosatom Corporate Academy, 2021) and has over 20 years of experience developing and conducting training programs, building corporate training systems, and over 15 years of management experience.
Key projects: Transformation of the management cultures in a company with more than 17,000 employees; transformation of the learning and development cultures; portfolio management of up to 400 educational programs; applied research in management and corporate education.
Her working experience includes such major companies as: VTB, Rosatom, Svyaznoy, TNK-BP, and ADV Advertising Group.
Additionally, she has completed several projects at Moscow State University, MEPhI, URFU, MISIS, and Accent Bureau.
