AI Persona

— Offer expert guidance, clarify instructions and assignments, and assist students in completing all tasks.

— Provide comprehensive and insightful feedback on student work.

Key observations

— Shifting some instructor responsibilities to AI moves the focus from a "teacher-centered" approach to a "student-centered" one.

— Students may have a low tolerance for errors and inaccuracies from AI.

— For effective AI use, students' tasks need to be broken down into specific operations with clear instructions on how to interact with the AI; otherwise, the AI may be underused.
